Frequency Meditations

These frequency meditations arrive when I need them most! They have popped into my brain and now they exist here. Some are for release and repair, others are for connecting to your inner-truth, ascending, and stepping into your highest self. We shall see what unfolds here, this is like my personal audio library!

 Some meditations call for vocal toning, tuning forks, and sound bowls to amplify and transmit energy that words alone cannot clearly communicate.
