Meet Natalie
This space was born from the tools, practices, and moments that helped me come home to myself.
I studied anthropology because I have always been fascinated by human behavior, emotion, belief, identity, and the layers of society that shape the way we experience the world. Through that lens, I began questioning what was truly mine, what had been conditioned, and what I no longer needed to carry.
That curiosity eventually expanded into a deeper exploration of embodiment, energy, spirituality, and the many ways we continue learning, growing, and evolving throughout our lives.
For a long time, I saw my sensitivity as a weakness. Over time, I began to understand that it was also what allowed me to feel, connect, create, and experience life so deeply.
Gaia’s Garden grew from that journey.
My work weaves together embodiment, creativity, intuition, breath, energy, visualization, reflection, and the remembering of self.
I believe many tools can guide us, inspire us, and help us see from a new perspective. But ultimately, we are the ones who choose ourselves each day.
I believe in empowerment, embodiment, softness, creativity, and the messiness and beauty of being human.
My intention is not to tell people who they are.
It is to create experiences that help people hear themselves more clearly.
If this space resonates with you, I am so happy you are here. I’m grateful our paths have crossed.
Bright Blessings,
Nat Muse
